Treatment protocol

Indication check
Not a substitute for injectable botulinum toxin. This is a topical tightening serum used to refine skin quality, not to relax muscle.
- 02
Skin prep
Double-cleanse, disinfect with chlorhexidine 2%. Optional EMLA 20 min for sensitive patients.
- 03
Serum application
Apply an even layer of serum across the treatment area.
- 04
Microneedling pass
Mesopen at 0.25–0.5 mm across the full face; reinforce T-zone and pore-prominent areas with a focal pass.
- 05
Re-layer
Reapply a thin layer and perform a second, lighter pass.
- 06
Soothing
Calming mask 15 min, mineral mist, ceramide cream.
- 07
Series
4 sessions every 2 weeks, then monthly maintenance.
Do not treat if…
- Pregnancy / lactation
- Active acne flare or open lesions in the treatment area
- Active skin infection
- Isotretinoin within the last 6 months
- Hypersensitivity to peptides or niacinamide
Patient instructions
- No makeup for 12 hours
- SPF 50 daily
- Avoid sauna, gym, alcohol for 24 hours
- Mild erythema and pinpoint dots for a few hours are normal
