Step-by-step
Treatment protocol
6 steps
- 01
Skin prep
Double-cleanse and disinfect with chlorhexidine 2%. Optional topical anaesthesia (EMLA 20 min) for sensitive patients.

Serum application
Dispense the serum evenly across the treatment area — do not inject.
- 03
Microneedling pass
Mesopen / dermapen at 0.5–1.0 mm on face, 1.0–1.5 mm along jawline, neck and décolletage. Overlap in a grid pattern until controlled erythema is reached.
- 04
Re-layer
Reapply a thin layer of serum and perform a second, lighter pass to drive residual actives.
- 05
Soothing phase
Calming mask 15 min, mineral mist, ceramide cream.
- 06
Series
4 weekly sessions, then monthly maintenance.
Contraindications
Do not treat if…
- Pregnancy / lactation
- Active dermatosis, acne flare or open lesions in the treatment area
- Bleeding disorders / anticoagulant therapy (relative)
- Isotretinoin within the last 6 months
- Hypersensitivity to peptides
Aftercare
Patient instructions
- No makeup for 12 hours
- SPF 50 daily
- Avoid sauna, gym, alcohol for 24 hours
- Mild erythema and pinpoint dots for a few hours are normal
