    Prep

Patient should be on home depigmenting routine (vitamin C AM, retinol PM, daily SPF 50) for 2 weeks before starting.

  3. 03

    Antisepsis

    Chlorhexidine 2%.

  4. 04

    Treatment

Mesotherapy gun, depth 1.0 mm, 0.01 ml per pulse over full face. Reinforce melasma patches with manual micro-papules.

  5. 05

    Combine wisely

Pair with mild peels (mandelic, azelaic) on alternate weeks. Avoid aggressive lasers during active series.
