Treatment protocol

- 01
Eye assessment
Differentiate true tear-trough from skin-quality issue. Lumi-Pro Eyes addresses skin quality only — refer to filler if structural deficit dominates.
- 02
Antisepsis
Chlorhexidine 2%, avoiding direct contact with eye.
- 03
Cooling
Cold pack 2 minutes pre-injection to minimise bruising.
- 04
Micro-papules
0.01 ml superficial papules every 0.5 cm along infraorbital rim, staying lateral to mid-pupillary line in deep zones.
- 05
Lateral canthus
Fine retrograde threads of 0.02 ml in superficial dermis.
- 06
Compression
Gentle 30-second compression with sterile gauze to limit bruising.
Contraindications
Do not treat if…
- Pregnancy / lactation
- Active blepharitis or conjunctivitis
- Recent (<2 weeks) eye surgery
- Anticoagulants (relative — high bruising risk)
Aftercare
Patient instructions
- Cold compress 10 min/hour for first 4 hours
- Sleep elevated for 2 nights
- Sunglasses + SPF 50 for 1 week
- Avoid eye makeup for 24 hours
